Flo Gray - 'Colourplay' - To water a sculpture

Seduction has always played an integral role in my work as I am drawn to the act of eliciting behaviours by a means of aestheticism. Unanticipated objects paired with an unanticipated spectator lead to unanticipated behaviours. Choice has become a dirty word, (the paradox of choice), so I am also interested in minimisation and maximisation of choice when interacting with a sculpture. I create works that tease and flirt with the spectator but with a political undertone, a hidden discourse within a thing of beauty.
